‘Central and Eastern Europe IT Outsourcing Review’ is a research project undertaken annually by the Central and Eastern European Outsourcing Association.

A set of webinars designed to present IT outsourcing potential of the largest countries from Central and Eastern Europe and hosted by CEEOA. The main objective of the webinars is to popularize the Central and Eastern European region as a provider of offshore and nearshore outsourcing IT services.

The research “Central and Eastern Europe IT Outsourcing Review 2008” provides an evidence of the rapid development of IT outsourcing services market in the Central and Eastern Europe. The CEE cluster becomes the real player on the global outsourcing market.
